Fachkräftebedarf im Gesundheits- und Sozialwesen 2030: Gutachten im Auftrag des Sachverständigenrates zur Begutachtung der Gesamtwirtschaftlichen Entwicklung

Abstract

Durch die Alterung der Gesellschaft gewinnt das Gesundheitswesen zunehmend an Bedeutung. Bereits in den vergangenen zehn Jahren war der Gesundheitssektor der Wirtschaftsbereich mit dem höchsten absoluten Beschäftigungswachstum. In den kommenden Jahren dürfte sich der Bedarf an Fachkräften noch weiter erhöhen. Der demografiebedingt zu erwartende Rückgang der erwerbstätigen Bevölkerung im kommenden Jahrzehnt dürfte somit die schon heute bestehenden Fachkräfteengpässe deutlich verschärfen. Vor diesem Hintergrund sollte diese im Auftrag des Sachverständigenrates zur Begutachtung der gesamtwirtschaftlichen Entwicklung erarbeitete Expertise Antworten auf die folgenden Fragen geben. [...]
