Grundlagen der Theorie der Firma: Methodologie wissenschaftlicher Theorien

Abstract

Die Firma ist zentrales Erkenntnisobjekt der strategischen Managementforschung. Die Firma und ihre theoretische Betrachtung sind aber auch Diskussionsobjekt. Die Gründe für letzteres sind vielfältig und reichen von unterschiedlichen Auffassungen von 'Theorie' und 'Firma'. Eine Theorie der Firma bedarf einer Klärung der Begriffe 'Theorie' und 'Firma'.
