Ein makroökonometrisches Ungleichgewichtsmodell für die deutsche Volkswirtschaft 1960 bis 1994: Konzeption, Ergebnisse und Erfahrungen

Abstract

Gegenstand dieses Beitrags ist die aktuelle und aufgrund der Integration des Staatssektors und des Kreditmarktes nun vollständige Version des Konstanzer aggregierten Ungleichgewichtsmodells für die westdeutsche Volkswirtschaft für den Zeitraum von 1960 bis 1994. Nach einem kurzen Überblick über Konzeption und Aufbau des Modells werden die wichtigsten Gleichungen vorgestellt und die Schätzergebnisse diskutiert. Mit Hilfe exemplarischer Simulationen werden die Unterschiede des Modells zu anderen makroökonometrischen Modellen herausgearbeitet. So wird gezeigt, daß ein und dieselbe wirtschaftspolitische Maßnahme je nach herrschendem Regime unterschiedliche Auswirkungen beispielsweise auf die Beschäftigungsentwicklung haben kann.
