Minijobs in der Altenpflege: Verdecktes Potential zur Kompensation des Fachkräftemangels in der Region Emscher-Lippe?

Abstract

* Die IAT-Studie untersuchte individuelle und betriebliche Einflussfaktoren auf Arbeitszeitwunsche der Beschaftigten in der ambulanten Altenhilfe. Erhoben wurde, ob und inwieweit die Aufstockung von Stundenkontingenten geringfugig Beschaftigter den Fachkraftemangel in der Region Emscher-Lippe kompensieren kann. * Das Fachkrafte-Potential von Minijobber*innen liegt in Emscher-Lippe bei fast 500 Personen; knapp 1.000 Frauen sind insgesamt mit einem Minijob in den ambulanten Diensten der Region tatig. * Das direkte Fachkrafte-Potential von Minijobs in der Altenpflege ist derzeit eher gering. Die Erfassung und Umsetzung individueller Arbeitszeitwunsche kann aber dazu beitragen, Arbeitszeiten in Teams insgesamt verlasslicher zu gestalten. * Chancen und Einsatzfelder von Minijobber*innen sind im Strukturwandel der Altenpflege neu zu bewerten: Neue Versorgungsangebote eroffnen die Chance, den Bedurfnissen der Pflegebedurftigen wie auch den individuellen Arbeitszeitwunschen der Beschaftigten gerecht zu werden. * Die Untersuchungsgruppe der Minijobberinnen ist eine heterogene Zielgruppe mit vielfaltigen Erwerbsbiographien. Die Erhohung von Stundenkontingenten kann durch eine motivierende betriebliche Arbeitszeitberatung und durch Entwicklungsmoglichkeiten in neuen Versorgungsangeboten befordert werden. Hier eröffnen die "bunten" Qualifikations- und Kompetenzprofile der Minijobber* innen neue individuelle und betriebliche Entwicklungsperspektiven.
