Arbeitspolitik im Zeichen der Digitalisierung

Abstract

Die Digitalisierung ist eine zentrale Herausforderung für arbeitspolitische Interventionen der Gestaltung, Organisation und Regulierung von Arbeit. Die Digitalisierung spielt eine wichtige Rolle als Enabler von Veränderungen, sie ist aber zumeist nicht die determinierende Kraft. Daneben bestehen andere Probleme der Arbeitspolitik mit je eigenen Ursachen fort. Es gibt Initiativen zur Einflussnahme auf die Gestaltung der gewandelten Arbeitswelt, aber Gestaltungsanspruch und strategisches Handlungsvermögen müssen in Einklang gebracht werden. Arbeitspolitik in Zeiten der Digitalisierung muss nicht nur darauf ausgerichtet werden, neue Themen zu entwickeln, sondern auch darauf, die Handlungsfähigkeit der Akteure der Arbeitspolitik zu stärken.
