Selbstorganisierte Teamarbeit in Betriebs- und Dienstvereinbarungen: Praxiswissen Betriebsvereinbarungen

Abstract

Im Zuge der Umstrukturierung von Arbeit wird vermehrt selbstorganisierte Teamarbeit anhand verschiedener Konzepte in Unternehmen umgesetzt. In der Study werden nachfolgende Regelungs- und Ansatzpunkte für gut gestaltete Teamarbeit ausführlich dargestellt. Grundlage sind 79 Betriebs- und Dienstvereinbarungen sowie fünf Fallstudien. Die Mitbestimmungsakteure erarbeiteten Ansätze und Konzepte für Produktions- sowie Bürobereiche, die einen vielfältigen Umgang sowie Probleme und Ansatzpunkte für eine proaktive Gestaltung von selbstorganisierter Teamarbeit zeigen.
