Business Model Innovation bei etablierten Unternehmen: Herausforderungen und Vorgehen bei Vertriebsmodellveränderungen im Zeichen der digitalen Revolution

Abstract

Neue Geschäftsmodelle verändern traditionelle Märkte. Dies ist Folge der digitalen Transformation, die für eine immer größer werden Zahl von Unternehmen und in immer mehr Branchen zu einer existenziellen Herausforderung wird. Gerade etablierte Unternehmen, die seit mehreren Jahrzehnten mit unverändertem Geschäftsmodell am Markt erfolgreich sind, tun sich schwer, notwendige Veränderungen einzuleiten. Diese Schrift nimmt die Perspektive solcher Unternehmen ein. Sie verfolgt das Ziel, aktuelle Risiken und Bedrohungen herauszustellen und Empfehlungen herzuleiten, wie diese Unternehmen auf derartige Bedrohungen ihres Geschäftsmodells reagieren können, um auch in Zukunft wettbewerbsfähig zu bleiben.
