Abstract

Il contributo indaga patterns spaziali, drivers ed impatti del fenomeno consumo di suolo con un focus sul territorio europeo. Particolare attenzione è dedicata agli effetti del land take, che tendono a interessare tanto la scala locale (ad esempio, qualità delle acque di falda, dissesto idrogeologico, calo della produzione alimentare) quanto quella globale in modo diretto o indiretto (ad esempio, cambiamento climatico, land grabbing, sicurezza alimentare).
