Abstract

Perkembangan dunia yang semakin maju mendorong perusahaan untuk tetap berinovasi mengikuti perkembangan teknologi digital. Perubahan yang tidak pasti dan selalu berubah-ubah merupakan sebuah tantangan besar bagi sebuah perusahaan. Persaingan yang semakin ketat dan pemaksaan perkembangan dan perubahan bagi perusahaan membuat banyak pihak dalam perusahaan harus beradaptasi dengan cepat. Penggerakan yang cepat dan penempatan target yang benar sesuai dapat memungkinkan perusahaan untuk dapat bertahan dalam evolusi global ini.
