Inserción internacional de PyMEs. El caso de las empresas productoras de software y servicios informáticos de la ciudad de Mar del Plata (Argentina)

Abstract

La internacionalización de las empresas es un fenómeno de particular relevancia dados los procesos de mejora de la productividad que genera. El objetivo del trabajo es contribuir al análisis de la inserción internacional en los países menos desarrollados, analizando específicamente las prácticas de internacionalización de empresas de software y servicios informáticos (SSI) de la ciudad de Mar del Plata (Argentina). Utilizamos un abordaje metodológico cualitativo para analizar el fenómeno desde la perspectiva de los actores involucrados en él. Consideramos que los resultados obtenidos pueden ser de utilidad para el diseño de políticas públicas de apoyo al sector en todo el país.
