BOND Implementation and Evaluation: Proposal to Develop Enhancements to the Benefit Offset Simulation Model (BOSIM)

Abstract

This document presents a proposal for enhancement of the Benefit Offset Simulation Model (BOSIM), which was initially developed to support the design of the Benefit Offset National Demonstration (BOND).
