Abstract

L'objectif de ce papier est de mettre la théorie des parties prenantes au cœur du débat sur le concept du business model. Ces dernières ont été souvent ignorées ou implicitement citées dans les travaux académiques. Nous donnons ainsi une nouvelle fonctionnalité du business model. Notre vision du business model possède une dimension stratégique qui s'éloigne de l'approche Marketing souvent employée dans la littérature.
