La R&D militaire : le lien Industrie-État

Abstract

La fin de la guerre froide a remis en question le système de recherche et développement militaire. Mais, si des adaptations au nouveau contexte géopolitique et économique ont eu lieu, la politique de défense a choisi de maintenir la France dans la course à l'excellence technologique militaire. Ce faisant, la relation entre l'État et les entreprises d'armement demeure encore structurante dans l'organisation de la R&D militaire.
