Innovation et compétitivité L'exemple d'entreprises tunisiennes ayant choisi la voie du développement durable

Abstract

Dans cette contribution, nous analysons le lien entre le développement durable et la compétitivité, dans le contexte d'un pays émergent, en montrant qu'une stratégie d'entreprise en cohérence avec les principes du développement durable peut être qualifiée d'innovation managériale de rupture. Ainsi, il apparaît que l'application du développement durable dans l'entreprise est une voie efficace pour créer un avantage compétitif durable. Cette situation est illustrée par l'étude de cas de trois entreprises tunisiennes du secteur de la chimie, soumises à de fortes pressions de la part de leurs principales parties prenantes.
