Abstract

The lack of coherence in organizations shows that information management systems has difficulty fulfilling one of its core missions. The purpose of this paper is to try to better understand the concept of coherence and how Information Systems can help. Through participant observation and analysis of cases "embedded", the study focuses on a panel set up in a group of multi-brand automobile dealers.
