Abstract

En intégrant la variable technologique, cet article décline les concepts d'" X Efficiency " et de " performance productive ". En recourant à l'axiomatique DEA, appliquée au secteur bancaire, les auteurs évaluent la productivité administrative de l'activité " Accueil guichet " de 42 agences.
