Abstract

En Champagne, les acteurs publics cherchent à développer l'œnotourisme mais ils se heurtent à des difficultés en termes de structuration et de promotion de l'offre. L'œnotourisme suppose de coordonner des prestations multiples et différentes, organisées par des acteurs appartenant à des professions différentes (professionnels du tourisme, collectivités territoriales, associations, etc.), mais les acteurs centraux, ceux du monde du vin, apparaissent eux mêmes divisés. Cette hétérogénéité des acteurs et des stratégies semble freiner le développement de l'œnotourisme sur le territoire dans la mesure où elle rend difficile la définition d'un objectif commun.
