Abstract

Cet article s'inscrit dans une perspective d'enrichissement des connaissances de la RSE et des comportements organisationnels qui lui sont associés, en particulier au sein des sociétés coopératives et participatives (Scop). En s'appuyant sur l'étude de cinq Scop, la recherche montre une relative homogénéité discursive des Scop en matière de RSE, avec toutefois des pratiques de RSE différenciées. Les résultats obtenus conduisent à caractériser les principaux comportements en matière de RSE d'une Scop, et suggèrent que l'importance de l'attention accordée par la direction et l'appartenance au réseau coopératif favorisent l'engagement dans une démarche RSE.
