Organisation virtuelle éphémère, quelle place pour le management logistique ? Le cas des festivals musicaux

Abstract

Les festivals musicaux évoluent dans des environnements incertains. La chute brutale des ventes de la billetterie ou les risques d'attentats ne sont que deux exemples des nombreux risques qui pèsent sur ces manifestations. Si ces événements ont avant tout un rôle de diffuseur culturel, ils occupent également une place centrale dans les économies locales et nationales. En effet, les retombées économiques générées par les festivals musicaux sont considérables et se chiffrent, pour les plus imposantes, en millions d'euros. Afin d'assurer la survie de ces organisations, et donc de préserver les externalités positives, les dirigeants de festivals musicaux ont du adapter leurs structures à des contextes particuliers. L'objectif de la présente recherche est d'apporter, dans ce contexte, une réflexion sur l'apport du management logistique à l'organisation d'un tel événement. Nous mettons ainsi en avant comment les outils du supply chain management peuvent être la base d'une Organisation Virtuelle Éphémère (OVE) et renforçant les chances de survie. L'importance d'un apprentissage orienté logistique est également mise en avant comme préalable au déploiement d'un système de supply chain.
