Le management de projets des firmes multinationales comme un mécanisme de coordination des relations siège-filiales

Abstract

L'objet de cette communication est de mettre en évidence les liens possibles entre les mécanismes de coordination des Firmes Multinationales (FMN) avec leur système de management de projets internationaux. Ce travail sera basé sur une revue de la littérature à la fois sur le management des projets internationaux mais également sur les mécanismes de coordination des FMN. Pour illustrer ces propos, huit interviews auprès d'acteurs de cinq multinationales françaises (BNP Paribas, Société Générale, Faurecia, Silliker et Panzani) ont été réalisées. A partir de la littérature et de ces entretiens, nous formulons des pistes de recherche afin de compléter cette réflexion.
