Abstract

Will employment instability be the employment pattern tomorrow? Many studies support this view which is first discussed on the basis of various statistical studies already carried out. A general trend of employment instability is not proved to be true by statistical data. These data show that different figures of mobility have been changed along with the development of lack of job security instead of voluntary quits. To explain these changes, we point out that the will of enterprises is more ambiguous than arguments on the employment instability do assert.
