Abstract

La comisión de solvencia empresarial y derecho concursal del Grupo de Trabajo Mixto Covid19 (GTMC) lleva algunas semanas trabajando con la idea de elaborar un informe sobre posibles formas de mitigar el impacto de la pandemia sobre el tejido empresarial español. Por las noticias que nos llegan en los últimos días, parece probable que el Gobierno tome pronto medidas sobre los temas que estamos analizando. Ante el peligro de llegar tarde a la discusión, hemos decidido publicar el presente documento, en el que se recogen algunas aportaciones a los trabajos del Grupo que sus autores han considerado oportuno compartir con un público más amplio para estimular la discusión.
