Nuevas formas de organización a través de la dirección de recursos humanos: El caso de FREMAP

Abstract

Este documento de investigación aborda el papel de los recursos humanos en el desarrollo de Nuevas Formas Organizativas (NFO). Por medio de un caso longitudinal se analizan los cambios estructurales y organizativos que tuvieron lugar en Fremap, empresa líder dentro del sector español de las mutuas, determinando la lógica y fuerzas dinamizadoras detrás de dichos cambios. Las características clave de Fremap, el fuerte liderazgo de su primer ejecutivo y sus pioneras políticas de recursos humanos, destacan como elementos fundamentales subyacentes del proceso de configuración de Fremap hacia una NFO.
