Abstract

Notre approche des co?ts de la r?gulation est une contribution ? une meilleure compr?hension des cons?quences de la r?gulation, ainsi que du r?le et de l?influence des autorit?s de r?gulation sur les industries de r?seaux. Selon nous, la comparaison des co?ts de r?gulation directs et indirects sur divers march?s postaux peut aider ? d?terminer comment concevoir les institutions et les conditions-cadres de r?gulation pour ? la fois promouvoir la concurrence et satisfaire aux objectifs du service public.
