Abstract

Se desarrolla un modelo de equilibrio general, que explica la producción formal e informal. La relación no lineal entre producción y recursos productivos, las normas públicas costosas que dificultan su acatamiento y las altas posibilidades de no cumplirlas, son condiciones que afectan la formalidad e informalidad en una situación de equilibrio, por lo tanto el gobierno busca las formas de penalizar la violación de las normas que afectan el equilibrio, lo cual se refleja en el desarrollo económico del país durante el período 1984-2006.||*Este capítulo se encuentra incluido en la segunda parte del libro El mercado de trabajo en Colombia : hechos, tendencias e instituciones, titulada "Desempeño de largo plazo "
