Publizitätspflichten von Familienunternehmen: Bestandsaufnahme und datenschutzrechtliche Bewertung

Abstract

Immer mehr Publikationspflichten zwingen Unternehmen und Unternehmer zur Offenlegung von Daten. Die vorliegende Studie der beiden Würzburger Rechtswissenschaftler Prof. Dr. Ralf P. Schenke und Prof. Dr. Christoph Teichmann erörtert die Rechtsmäßigkeit der Offenlegungspflichten - insbesondere des Transparenzregisters und des öffentlichen Country-by-Country Reportings. Ein Ergebnis: Viele dieser Regelungen verletzen die Datenschutzrechte der Unternehmer über das vertretbare Maß hinaus.
