Abstract
Esta obra forma es el segundo volumen y forma parte de la visión y objetivos del Centro de Investigación Avanzada en Finanzas de la ESAp, para convertirse en un referente nacional de calidad en el campo de la investigación y aplicación de la ingeniería económica y financiera en problemas reales que contribuyan al desarrollo económico y mejora del entorno socioeconómico en particular respecto de colectivos sociales desfavorecidos. Un sector financiero saludable es una condición básica para el desarrollo económico sustentable, en el caso mexicano durante el año de 2013 se realizaron distintas reformas estructurales, entre ellas la financiera y hacendaria, que pretenden crear condiciones para promover un sector financiero competitivo que ofrezca mejores servicios financieros y se convierta en una palanca del desarrollo económico en México. Cabe mencionar que dichas reformas impulsan a las Instituciones de Micro-finanzas para que a través de ellas se canalicen créditos a los sectores que por distintas razones han sido excluidos del acceso a los servicios financieros básicos. Así mismo, promueven la incorporación de servicios e instrumento innovadores que amplían la oferta de servicios de las instituciones financieras que no pertenecen al sector bancario, entre las que podemos mencionar las SOFIPOs, cajas populares, cooperativas, entre otras.Suggested Citation
