Il divario generazionale nell’accesso al mercato del lavoro: differenziazione e destandardizzazione delle traiettorie d’ingresso

Abstract

L’articolo considera i cambiamenti tra coorti nelle traiettorie d’ingresso nel mercato del lavoro in Italia, considerando complessità vs linearità e standardizzazione vs destandardizzazione. L’evoluzione di questi due indicatori è connessa alle opportunità di stabilizzazione per le generazioni di lavoratori entrate in attività prima, durante e dopo le riforme volte ad aumentare la flessibilizzazione. Utilizzando dati longitudinali Inps sugli episodi lavorativi per il campione italiano Eu-Silc 2005, l’analisi delle sequenze sui primi sette anni di partecipazione mostra che la complessità aumenta maggiormente per i lavoratori meno istruiti e in particolare per le donne. La crescente destandardizzazione interessa specialmente le donne, soprattutto se laureate.
