Entwicklung der Löhne und Gehälter in der Industrie seit der Finanzmarkt- und Wirtschaftskrise

Abstract

Die kollektivvertraglichen und die effektiven Bezüge entwickelten sich in der Industrie seit der Finanzmarkt- und Wirtschaftskrise (2010/2018) weitgehend im Gleichschritt, sodass sich die Überzahlungssätze im Durchschnitt kaum veränderten. Die Löhne stiegen etwas kräftiger als die Gehälter, zu einem guten Teil aufgrund der Veränderung der Beschäftigungsstruktur nach Branchen. Dieser Struktureffekt begünstigte auch einen leichten Rückgang der Streuung der branchenspezifischen Löhne und Gehälter. Die Löhne und Gehälter nahmen sowohl nominell als auch real langsamer zu als vor der Finanzmarkt- und Wirtschaftskrise. Im Lichte des gesamtwirtschaftlichen Produktivitätsfortschrittes wurde der lohnpolitische Spielraum aber weitgehend ausgeschöpft.
