Abstract

Elastyczność traktowana jest jako kluczowy czynnik budowania konkurencyjności i przewagi konkurencyjnej współczesnych organizacji. Odgrywa ona szczególną rolę w funkcjonowaniu małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw, stanowiąc jedną z podstawowych cech jakościowych tej kategorii podmiotów. Biorąc to pod uwagę jako cel artykułu wyznaczono prezentację i ocenę możliwości i warunków wykorzystania elastyczności w budowaniu konkurencyjności firm sektora SME. Realizacji celu pracy poświęcono badania ankietowe przeprowadzone na próbie 61 firm z regionu łódzkiego.
