Cultural conditioning of employees’ engagement

Abstract

W artykule zaprezentowano zagadnienie zaangażowania pracowników. Wiedząc, że wartości są podstawą zaangażowania pracowników założono, że może być ono inne w przedsiębiorstwach funkcjonujących w odmiennych kulturach. Uwzględniając model kultury G. Hofstede oraz H. Schwartza oraz czynniki mające wpływ na zaangażowanie dokonano analizy uwarunkowań kulturowych zaangażowania.
