Changes In Technological Documents As A Result Of New Requirements For Human Resources

Abstract

In recent years, we have witnessed a number of changes in working life. The so-called new normal has imposed new demands on human resource competencies. The appearance of new professions, changes in a number of positions, from the point of view of duties, connections outside the organization and requirements for occupying certain positions, as well as the disappearance of some professions are already a fact. In order to be adequate, people should retrain and redirect their work to the so-called professions of the future. This also applies to the organizations that should introduce all the necessary changes in the organization of their activities, as one aspect of changes is related to a number of internal normative documents and regulations.
