Akzeptanz von Self-Service-Technologien: State of the Art

Abstract

Zusammenfassung In den letzten Jahren hat sich die Forschung verstärkt mit Fragen der Akzeptanz von Self-Service-Technologien im Dienstleistungsbereich beschäftigt. Der vorliegende Beitrag präsentiert den Status quo der theoretischen und empirischen Forschung. Auf Basis des Innovations-Entscheidungs-Prozesses nach Rogers und des Technologie- Akzeptanz-Models nach Davis werden die Merkmale von Self-Service-Technologien und ihrer potenziellen Nutzer herausgearbeitet, die für den erfolgreichen Einsatz entscheidend sind. Eine Synopse aus 65 großzahligen empirischen und theoretischen Studien zeigt konsistente Befunde für einen Großteil dieser Merkmale. Bestehende Forschungslücken werden aufgezeigt und Anregungen für zukünftige Forschung und Praxis geliefert.
