Abstract

Digital transformation has become something that organizations cannot ignore in the digital era. Furthermore, digital transformation is not an easy thing to do because so many organizations fail or do not meet the objectives of the organizations. According to a few surveys, the biggest obstacle to digital transformation is cultural issues in the organization. This current study was conducted in order to develop a competitive advantage model based on digital organizational culture, digital capability, digital innovation, and organizational resilience in the context of digital transformation. This study explores how digital capability, digital innovation, and organizational resilience as mediating roles between the digital organizational culture and competitive advantage. For data collection, the survey instrument was used to collect data from 239 respondents from various industries in Indonesia. The findings have revealed a significant connection between the digital organizational culture with digital capability. The research found that digital organizational culture and digital innovation are not significant because of mediating roles by digital capability. Moreover, the findings suggest some substantial implications for the management by focusing on digital organizational culture. This digital organizational culture will improve the capability of digital in an organization. This digital capability will positively contribute to digital innovation that gives organizational resilience and competitive advantage to the organization.
