Не-Обходной Маневр, Или Бум Спроса На Среднее Профессиональное Образование В России

Мясницкая, 20.С середины 2010‑х годов в России происходит перераспределение потоков абитуриентов между вузами и колледжами в пользу последних: все больше школьников предъявляют спрос на среднее профессиональное образование. Выбор послешкольной образовательной траектории тесно связан с социально-экономическим положением семьи, поэтому изменение паттернов образовательных переходов может быть индикатором как перемен в системе образования, так и сдвигов в социально-экономической ситуации в стране в целом. В существующих исследованиях растущий контингент колледжей преимущественно объясняется факторами, "выталкивающими" учащихся из систем общего и высшего образования, а также популярностью у российских школьников "обходного маневра" - транзитной траектории "из колледжа в вуз". В статье предпринимается попытка определить, происходит ли подлинное увеличение спроса на СПО, что может стоять за ним, помимо факторов внутри системы образования, имеет ли это изменение социально-экономические основания. В результате исследования удалось развенчать миф о расширении сектора СПО за счет транзитной траектории "из колледжа в вуз". Спрос на профессиональную образовательную траекторию растет вне "обходного" маневра, при этом не только среди окончивших 9‑й класс, т. е. на главной развилке образовательных траекторий, но и среди 11-классников. Меняющийся спрос на программы СПО вскрыл ригидность системы СПО, которая проявляется в отставании структуры контрольных цифр приема от спроса на специальности, разрастании платного приема, "невидимом" спросе 11-классников. Растущая популярность трека СПО - следствие взаимно усиливающих друг друга факторов со стороны системы образования, негативной экономической динамикии состояния рынка труда. Основным триггером растущего спроса на программы СПО выступает сжатие реальных доходов домохозяйств, что вкупе со снижением доступности высшего образования "выталкивает" школьников с невысоким социально-экономическим статусом из академического трека.
