Abstract

Most small businesses are focused on tactical decisions and do not use strategic approaches to manage their activities. As a result, only two or three out of every ten newly established small companies survive.The paper proposes a mechanism to evaluate the effectiveness of strategic financial management of small businesses taking into account not only the company’s internal potential but the influence of external factors on such special business entities as small companies.The author analyzes different approaches to the definition of small businesses and suggests technologies to calculate such financial indicators as maximization of return on capital; minimization of financial risks while using borrowed funds; capital efficiency through minimizing the costs of its procurement; achievable level of growth; growth of the market value of a small company. The key financial indicators act as tools helping the organization to achieve its strategic objectives. The core indicators of financial activities of the organization enable to assess its financial situation as well as to monitor the progress in strategy implementation. Значительная часть организаций малого бизнеса ориентированы на тактические решения и не используют стратегические подходы к управлению своей деятельностью. В результате из каждых вновь созданных десяти малых организаций выживают только две-три.В статье предлагается механизм оценки эффективности стратегического финансового управления организациями малого бизнеса, основанный на учете как внутренних возможностей организации, так и внешних воздействий с учетом специфики малых организаций. Выполнен анализ подходов к определению субъектов малого бизнеса.Представлены технологии расчетов финансовых индикаторов: максимизации отдачи на капитал; минимизации финансовых рисков при использовании заемных средств; эффективности используемого капитала на основе минимизации затрат по его привлечению; уровня достижимого роста; роста рыночной стоимости малой организации. Ключевые показатели финансовой деятельности организаций выступают как показатели, помогающие организации в достижении стратегических целей. В результате использование ключевых показателей финансовой деятельности организаций дает организации возможность оценить финансовое состояние и отследить оценку реализации стратегии.
