Les Déterminants Du Succès De La Relation Franchise Ur-Franchisé

Abstract

La franchise a été largement considérée comme un moyen efficace pour développer les options entrepreneuriales. Cependant, un système de franchise nest pas une garantie de succès sur le marché. En fait, un partenariat de franchise prospère doit sappuyer sur une relation de franchise intime et forte. Dans un accord relationnel les franchiseurs et les franchisés sont généralement motivés à coopérer les uns avec les autres. En outre, un haut niveau de satisfaction des franchisés peut être obtenu par la présence d‟une meilleure qualité de la relation franchiseur-franchisé pérenne. Au cours des dernières décennies, il y a eu une immense vague dintérêt sur le thème des relations de franchisage. Cependant, peu de recherches ont été menées pour déterminer les motifs du succès des relations de la franchise à long terme. En conséquence, notre étude porte sur les facteurs importants qui pourraient mener vers la pérennité‟ de la franchise. Plus spécifiquement, cette recherche vise à décrire et expliquer un modèle conceptuel portant sur les déterminants du succès de la relation franchiseur-franchisé et son impact sur la performance de la franchise.
