Abstract

In the contemporary business environment marked by uncertainty and rapid changes, it is imperative for firms to adapt to new challenges by identifying strategies that ensure sustainability and long-term success. One of the significant approaches that emerge in response to these challenges is the circular economy. This paper offers an analysis in compedium of this paradigm and how companies can adopt practices and strategies derived from the principles of the circular economy, to maximize their resilience and performance in the face of challenges. Additionally, trends that can influence the evolution of circularity are examined. This study draw attention to the fact that enterprises are the driving force of the economy, so engaging entrepreneurship is a sine qua non condition for the transition to a circular economy. The circular economy, in essence, can be viewed as a modus vivendi for business sustainability and the achievement of sustainable development goals.
