Abstract

Using 1981-1982 data on the 44 public community colleges in Québec (collèges d’enseignement général et professionnel), this study examines relationships between the amount of expenditures and two groups of explanatory variables. The first group is made up of variables measuring different aspects of the product of teaching activities; the second includes variables describing local conditions.
