Le but de l'article est de mesurer les niveaux d'efficacité d'entreprises de transport, urbain et interurbain, de passagers. Le modèle théorique permet de combiner des facteurs simultanément complémentaires et substituables. L'importance des liens de complémentarité entre certains facteurs de production apparaît. Les calculs des niveaux d'efficacité font ressortir l'amélioration des firmes concernées au fil du temps. The purpose of this paper is to measure the efficiency level of urban and inter-city passenger transport firms. The theoretical model allows us to combine both complementary and substitutable inputs. It is obvious that the complementarity between some of the inputs is very strong. The efficiency levels which have been computed bring us to the conclusion that over time, there has been improvement in the firms involved. In diesem Artikel soil der Grad der Leistungsfähigkeit von Personennahverkehrsunternehmen ermittelt werden. Das theoretische Modell ermöglicht die Kombination der sowohl komplementären als auch substituierbaren Faktoren. Die Bedeutung der Komplementaritätsbeziehungen zwischen bestimmten Produktionsfaktoren wird aufgezeigt. Aus den Ermittlungen des jeweiligen Grads der Leistungsfähigkeit geht hervor, daß die betreffenden Unternehmen im Laufe der Zeit ihre Leistungsfähigkeit verbessern konnten. El presente artículo tiene por objeto evaluar los nivelés de eficacia de empresas de transporte de pasajeros, urbano e interurbano. El modelo teórico permite combinar factores simultáneamente complementarios y sustituibles. . De esta forma se destaca la importancia de las relaciones de complementaridad entre determinados factores de producción. Los cálculos de los nivelés de eficacia ponen de relieve la mejora de las empresas interesadas con el transcurso del tiempo.
