Posting of Workers in Crisis: Europe Looking for Solutions

Abstract

This paper presents an image of posting of workers in the framework of the provision of services in the European Union, augmented by the economic crisis. In this context, economic realities, legal system and national political interests are identified as points of reflection. Consideration of the disparity of salary levels, resolving normative incoherence thru simplification and balance the position of political compromise, are identified as solutions for better fit adjustment of institutional mechanism of PWD, in accordance with specificities of each EU Member State.
