Abstract

Der Beitrag kritisiert eine Veröffentlichung des Instituts für Arbeitsmarkt- und Berufsforschung (IAB), in der eine positive Bilanz der Hartz-Reformen gezogen wird. Eine solche sei aufgrund konzeptioneller Fehlannahmen nicht denkbar und empirisch nicht belegbar.
