Foglalkoztatás bővítése a helyi elsődleges munkaerőpiacon

Abstract

A napjainkat átfogó globalizáció erősítette fel a területi fejlődésben a korábban visszaszorult lokalitások szerepének felértékelődését. A „glokális” gondolkodáshoz elengedhetetlen a társadalom tagjait közvetlenül körülvevő, mindennapi cselekvéseink keretét meghatározó lokalitás, annak globalizációhoz való viszonyulásának mélyebb megismerése, lokális lehetőségeink bemérése és az azok kiaknázására való felkészülés. A lokális foglalkoztatás bővítése alapvetően három fő területen segíthető elő: a helyi – főként kis – vállalkozások megerősítésével, az állam és az önkormányzatok által megvalósított közfoglalkoztatással és a szociális gazdaság társadalmi vállalkozásai által. Jelen tanulmányban az első, azaz a helyi gazdaság vállalkozásai által megvalósítható foglalkoztatás-bővítéssel foglalkozunk.
