Abstract

A generációk témája egyre többször kerül előtérbe, akár a munkahelyeken, akár a privát szfé-rákban. A generációk mindig is különböztek egymástól. A karriermenedzsment kezd előtérbe kerülni, a munkaerő fejlesztés egyre fontosabbá válik.
