Vállalati stratégiai szövetségek
[Strategic enterprise alliances]

Abstract

Az elmúlt egy-másfél évtizedben a versenytársak között létrejött tartós vállalati együtt- működések kétségeket ébresztettek a vállalati stratégiát megalapozó elemzések klasszikus modelljei iránt, amelyekben a nyílt piaci szembenállás a vállalatok kizáró- lagos magatartási formájaként jelent meg. A fejlett ipari országokban elterjedt válla- lati stratégiai szövetségek olyan kölcsönösen előnyös, hosszabb távra szóló össze- fogásoknak adnak intézményes mozgásformát, amely együttműködések során a part- nerek megőrzik viszonylagos stratégiai önállóságukat, ugyanakkor kialakítják a szövetség rendelkezésére bocsátott ismeretek és eszközök egyesítése vagy kiegé- szítése révén bizonyos mértékű tevékenységi integrációjukat. A cikk körvonalazza a stratégiai szövetség fogalmát, rámutat a vállalatok közötti stra- tégiai együttműködések céljaira és jellemzi a szövetség konkrét megjelenési formá- it, valamint az együttműködés tartalmi elemeit.
