Az etikus vállalati magatartás és annak "filantróp csapdája"

Abstract

Az üzleti etika tudományágat gyakran bírálják a gyakorlati megvalósíthatóság követelményének ellenálló javaslatai miatt. A vállalatok etikai átvilágítása révén nyert adatoknak az üzlettől független közzététele, valamint az etikai szempontból kényes ágazatok önszabályozása olyan eszköz lehet, amely révén e bírálatok egy részének elejét lehetne venni. Ezekkel az eljárásokkal reális lehetőséggé válhat az etikus vállalati cselekvésért viselt felelősség megosztása. A vállalat mellett az ágazati önszerveződés kollektív formái és a civil társadalom is részesülhetnének ebből a felelősségből. Ez elvezethet a vállalat piaci értékének maximalizálását célzó, illetve az etikus piaci magatartás konfliktusának - ez a "filantróp csapda" - az enyhüléséhez.
