Abstract

Hogyan alakult a privatizációt vagy a cégalapítást követően a vállalatok beszerzési és értékesítési kapcsolatainak hálózata? - ezt a kérdést állította elemzésének középpontjába a gépipari vállalatok között végzett kérdőíves felmérés, amelynek feldolgozásában a vállalatokat a tulajdonosi szerkezet szerint csoportosították. A felmérés eredményei azt mutatják, hogy a vállalatok adásvételi kapcsolatainak jellegét alapvetően meghatározza a tulajdonosi szerkezet és irányítás. A tulajdonosoknak a multinacionális cégektől a magánszemélyekig terjedő skálája sokféle vállalati viselkedési mintát hozott létre: a partnerek közti erőviszonyoknak, a piaci orientációnak, a beszerzési és értékesítési tranzakciók bonyolításának, a vállalati mozgástér határainak eltérő változatai figyelhetők meg; többek között az, hogy a vállalatok erőteljes kötődése a tulajdonosok és/vagy az üzleti partnerek nemzetközi kapcsolati hálójához azzal jár, hogy egyidejűleg lazábbak a hazai környezethez fűződő szálak.
