Az ásványvízpiac átalakulása
[Transformation of the mineral-water market]

Abstract

Esettanulmányunk a természetes ásványvíznek a termelőtől a fogyasztóig tartó útját mutatja be. A piackutatásban szokásos helyzetleírás mellett áttekintjük e termék piacának a rendszerváltás utáni átalakulását, történetét is. A tárgyalást a termék bemutatásával, a helyettesítő termékek körének áttekintésével kezdjük, ezt követi az ásványvíz-termelés és -forgalmazás időbeli változásainak, a piac méretváltozásainak leírása. Ezután az értékesítési pályát követve, a piac szereplőit, az ásványvizet termelő és forgalmazó vállalatokat, végül az állami és önkéntes piacszabályozás intézményeit mutatjuk be.
