Abstract

Kína a reform és nyitás politikájának köszönhetően az utóbbi évtizedekben a világ egyik leggyorsabban fejlődő gazdaságává vált. Hatalmas belső piaca vonzó befektetési lehetőségeket kínál a külföldi tőke számára. A szerző a reformfolyamat főbb sajátosságait és eredményeit vizsgálja, összehasonlítva Kínát India, Japán és az Egyesült Államok gazdaságával. Számszerűen is értékeli a reform szerepét Kína teljesítményének alakulásában, felhasználva a nemzetközi szakirodalmat, valamint a kínai feldolgozóiparra végzett saját vizsgálatának eredményeit.
