Az álláskeresés információs értéke és dinamikája
[The informational value of job-search data and the dynamics of search behaviour]

Abstract

Bár az álláskeresésnek kulcsszerepe van a munkaerő-piaci elemzésekben, meglehetősen kevés az empirikus ismeret a munkanélküliek álláskeresési magatartásáról, valamint a keresés meglétének, illetve hiányának következményeiről. A szerzőpáros a Központi Statisztikai Hivatal munkaerő-felmérése adatainak segítségével vizsgálja az álláskeresés munkaerő-piaci szerepét. Először szemügyre veszi, hogyan befolyásolja az álláskeresés az elhelyezkedés esélyét, majd az álláskeresés időbeli alakulását vizsgálja, végül pedig azt, hogyan változik az állásukból kikerülők munkakeresési magatartása. Az elemzéshez - kihasználva a munkaerő-felmérés longitudinális jellegét - egymás utáni negyedévekben megkérdezett állásnélküliek panelmintáját használja fel.
